Proceed to the checkout, on the Payment Method page simply tick the box “Tick this box to redeem Reward Points” and hit "apply". You will then see the rewards points discount applied to your order.

There is no minimum rewards points required to make a redemption. Loyalty Points must be redeemed in full on one transaction, unless the order total is less than your available points, and we will use the needed portion. Kitchenware Superstore VIP Club Terms & Conditions

To earn loyalty points, customers must first register as a member online by creating a free account that requires an email address and password.
To earn loyalty points for future purchases, members must sign into their account using the email address and password used to create their original account before completing a valid transaction.
If using a gift certificate or Kitchenware Superstore Loyalty Points as part-payment for an order that is in excess of the redemption value, Loyalty Points will still be earned on any value remaining on an order that you are redeeming points on. Eg. If your order comes to $100, and you are using $20 of Loyalty Points, you will earn rewards on the remaining $80, as usual.
Points earned will be adjusted for all returned and refunded merchandise.
Telephone orders are eligible for reward points, you must provide your existing account email, or provide one for a new account at the time of ordering.

My sister had this and i used some and fell in love with it. I have really damaged and curly fluffy hair, but with this my hair looks and feels amazing. You only need a little bit and it works wonders, I'll be using it forever and buying off here for cheap. i got it shipped over night and got it the next day - amazing

Loveeee this oil. It sounded strange to put oil on my hair but was happy it absorbed completely into my hair. Love how smooth and soft it makes my hair. Glad to have gotten it on sale.

I have very curly hair and I use the babyliss argan oil shampoo and conditioner and after the first use I noticed that my hair was a lot smother and shinier and I also use the babyliss argan oil and that is fantastic because it takes some of the frizz out of my hair and the styling cream is very good to I use that as well there all good products and I will keep using them there fantastic for my hair

Love this stuff :) After the first application after shampooing and conditioning with ordinary shampoo and conditioner my hair was shiny and so soft and looked even better after straightening.
A little of the product goes a long way so the small bottle will last for ages.
Great product that I will continue to use.

I live in the tropics and i bought this product to help contain frizz. I have very thick curly hair. It actually careated a more defined frizz:/
Also leaves an oily residue. May be good for straight hair but not my hair.

Ry will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. If you have simply changed your mind or wish to cancel your order and want a refund a 10% restocking fee is applicable (goods must be unopened, undamaged and unused including packaging) as we have to cover bank and stocking charges, alternatively we can provide a store credit for the full value of your purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any 'wet products' as we have no way to ensure that they are un-contaminated.

Product warranties are held with the manufacturers with a minimum 12 months. If you need to have an electrical item repaired, whilst it is under the warranty period, RY will cover all shipping charges involved to and from the manufacturer. The cost in returning the item to us so that we can do this will be at your expense. In some cases you will need to deal directly with the manufacturer, in which case we can provide you with all contact details.

STOCK
Whilst we always try to stock ample levels of all items we do sometimes become out of stock of some products. In this case you will be emailed and informed of the expected delay. The general delay is usually only 3 - 5 days.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your products are damaged in transit please contact us to organise a replacement.

LIABILITY
At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. If you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, you must include the company name. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Unless your postage option includes insurance we will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery as this is handled by Australia Post. Orders can take up to a maximum of 14 days for delivery although we always endeavour to get it to you quicker if possible. We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers. In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
