Earning Reward Points

Redeeming Reward Points

You can redeem your reward points at checkout. If you have accumulated enough points to redeem them you will have the option of using points as one of the payment methods. The option to use reward points, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent this balance, will be shown to you in the Payment Method area of the checkout. Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards and more.

Reward points do not expire, so you can come back and visit us anytime.

RY Rewards Points must be redeemed in full on one transaction, unless the order total is less than your available points, and we will use the needed portion. Any outstanding points will remain in your account for future use.

Reward Points Minimums and Maximums

Reward points may be capped at a minimum value required for redemption. If this option is selected you will not be able to use your reward points until you accrue a minimum number of points, at which point they will become available for redemption.

Reward points may also be capped at the maximum value of points which can be accrued. If this option is selected you will need to redeem your accrued points before you are able to earn more points.

Managing My Reward Points

You have the ability to view and manage your points through your Customer Account. From your account you will be able to view your total points (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum points limit and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding points, including expiration notifications.

• To earn points, customers must first register as a member online by creating a free account that requires an email address and password.
• To earn points for future purchases, members must sign into their account using the email address and password used to create their original account before completing a valid transaction.
• If using a gift certificate or RY Rewards as part-payment for an order that is in excess of the redemption value, RY Rewards will still be earned on any value remaining on an order that you are redeeming points on. Eg. If your order comes to $100, and you are using $20 of RY Reward points, you will earn rewards on the remaining $80, as usual.
• Points earned will be adjusted for all returned and refunded merchandise.
• Telephone orders are eligible for reward points, you must provide your existing account email, or provide one for a new account at the time of ordering.
• RY Rewards is exclusive to www.ry.com.au and points cannot be earned or redeemed through Recreate Yourself Hair and Beauty Salon.
• Registered online customers earn 2 points for every $1 spent on retail purchases, exclusive of shipping charges.
• Point are rounded up or down to the nearest dollar spent.
• Unauthorised purchases and fraudulent transactions do not earn points.
• There is no limit to the number of points you can earn.
• Points are for individual consumers only and cannot be sold, auctioned or transferred to another members account.
• Points have no cash value.
• Customers continue to accumulate points whilst their account is active. An active account is defined by a minimum of one purchase every twelve months. Inactive accounts will default to a zero point balance but will resume point earnings at the time of the next purchase.

After trying it a couple of times with a little less water, I was highly impressed by the gentle buffing Daily Microfoliant did for my skin and it feels great on my skin - it does not irritate my sensitive skin. A little goes quite a long way. This is my current HG exfoliant because it is super gentle, can be used around the eye area, and can be used daily if necessary. One thing I hate about Daily Microfoliant: the granules can dry up inside the product if water leaks in there so I suggest using it out of the shower until Dermalogica reforumulate it.

GORGEOUS. The only exfoliant my sensitive skin can handle, and I can use it every day if I need to. I love that it doesn't have harsh granules that scratch the skin rather than buff it - this is just perfect for me. My one qualm is with the packaging - I dropped my container in the shower and the thin plastic lid broke into about four pieces, so I had to decant it into another container to avoid moisture getting into the powder. But I would definitely buy this again - it's magic!

I was intrigued to try this exfoliant as it is a powder, i wasn't sure what good it would do. I have now been using for 4 weeks, and i honestly can say i am very suprised how much clearer and radiant my skin it, almost as if i have a new face. Absolutely AMAZED!

I am an exfoliant JUNKIE! world worst culprit of over exfoliation, i have been banished from Glycolic based scrubs, and was told to try this to sure my addiction! This is gentle enough for me to use everyday, and i am getting good results from it.

I didn't really like the way that this product is packaged. I exfoliate of a night in the shower, and i have to be really careful with this container becuase if any water gets in, then its ruined! im sure that there is a reason that it isnt prepacked as a made up paste, but i wish it would be like that, becuase i really like the exfoliant.

Ry will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. If you have simply changed your mind or wish to cancel your order and want a refund a 10% restocking fee is applicable (goods must be unopened, undamaged and unused including packaging) as we have to cover bank and stocking charges, alternatively we can provide a store credit for the full value of your purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any 'wet products' as we have no way to ensure that they are un-contaminated.

Product warranties are held with the manufacturers with a minimum 12 months. If you need to have an electrical item repaired, whilst it is under the warranty period, RY will cover all shipping charges involved to and from the manufacturer. The cost in returning the item to us so that we can do this will be at your expense. In some cases you will need to deal directly with the manufacturer, in which case we can provide you with all contact details.

STOCK
Whilst we always try to stock ample levels of all items we do sometimes become out of stock of some products. In this case you will be emailed and informed of the expected delay. The general delay is usually only 3 - 5 days.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your products are damaged in transit please contact us to organise a replacement.

LIABILITY
At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. If you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, you must include the company name. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Unless your postage option includes insurance we will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery as this is handled by Australia Post. Orders can take up to a maximum of 14 days for delivery although we always endeavor to get it to you quicker if possible. We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers. In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
