What are rewards points?

The Reward Points Program allows you to earn RY loyalty points.

Earning Reward Points

Earn 2 points for every dollar spent on products online at RY.

Points are automatically calculated based on your shopping cart. The points from your new order will be activated in your account once that order has been dispatched.

We are unable to back-date points, transfer points between accounts or merge RY customer accounts so don't forget to sign in each time you shop online to ensure you can use and earn RY Rewards Points. You can view your available RY Rewards points in the My Account page, when you log in.

Rewards can currently be earned for the following actions:

Making purchases — every time you make a purchase you earn points based on the price of products purchased and these points are added to your Reward Points balance.
Registering on the site.
Sending Invitations — Earn points by inviting your friends to join the site.
Converting Invitations to Customer — Earn points for every invitation you send out which leads to your friends registering on the site.
Converting Invitations to Order — Earn points for every invitation you send out which leads to a sale.
Review Submission — Earn points for submitting product reviews.

Redeeming Reward Points

Redeeming Value - 200 points = $1
You can redeem your reward points at checkout. If you have accumulated enough points to redeem them you will have the option of using points as one of the payment methods. The option to use reward points, as well as your balance and the monetary equivalent this balance, will be shown to you in the Payment Method area of the checkout. Redeemable reward points can be used in conjunction with other payment methods such as credit cards, gift cards and more.

Reward points do not expire, so you can come back and visit us anytime.

RY Rewards Points must be redeemed in full on one transaction, unless the order total is less than your available points, and we will use the needed portion. Any outstanding points will remain in your account for future use.

Reward Points Minimums and Maximums

Reward points may be capped at a minimum value required for redemption. If this option is selected you will not be able to use your reward points until you accrue a minimum number of points, at which point they will become available for redemption.

Reward points may also be capped at the maximum value of points which can be accrued. If this option is selected you will need to redeem your accrued points before you are able to earn more points.

Managing My Reward Points

You have the ability to view and manage your points through your Customer Account. From your account you will be able to view your total points (and currency equivalent), minimum needed to redeem, whether you have reached the maximum points limit and a cumulative history of points acquired, redeemed and lost. The history record will retain and display historical rates and currency for informational purposes. The history will also show you comprehensive informational messages regarding points, including expiration notifications.

• To earn points, customers must first register as a member online by creating a free account that requires an email address and password.
• To earn points for future purchases, members must sign into their account using the email address and password used to create their original account before completing a valid transaction.
• If using a gift certificate or RY Rewards as part-payment for an order that is in excess of the redemption value, RY Rewards will still be earned on any value remaining on an order that you are redeeming points on. Eg. If your order comes to $100, and you are using $20 of RY Reward points, you will earn rewards on the remaining $80, as usual.
• Points earned will be adjusted for all returned and refunded merchandise.
• Telephone orders are eligible for reward points, you must provide your existing account email, or provide one for a new account at the time of ordering.
• RY Rewards is exclusive to www.ry.com.au and points cannot be earned or redeemed through Recreate Yourself Hair and Beauty Salon.
• Registered online customers earn 2 points for every $1 spent on retail purchases, exclusive of shipping charges.
• Point are rounded up or down to the nearest dollar spent.
• Unauthorised purchases and fraudulent transactions do not earn points.
• There is no limit to the number of points you can earn.
• Points are for individual consumers only and cannot be sold, auctioned or transferred to another members account.
• Points have no cash value.
• Customers continue to accumulate points whilst their account is active. An active account is defined by a minimum of one purchase every twelve months. Inactive accounts will default to a zero point balance but will resume point earnings at the time of the next purchase.
• Points are earned on the RY sale price, shown on our site in pink, NOT THE RRP.
• Promotional codes, discounts, gift certificates and RY Rewards ineligible to earn points.
• Points cannot be credited to customers who complete a transaction not in their original account.
• Rewards points cannot be back dated.
• RY Rewards are non-transferable.
• Customers who change their email address via the “My Account” page will retain all benefits and reward points until redeemed or expired.
• RY Rewards are exclusive to RY.com.au and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or third party supplier.
• From time-to-time we may offer bonus point promotions which we will promote on our website or via email to newsletter subscribers.

All shipping is carried out through Australia Post eParcel which is a trackable service with signature required on delivery. If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel will be taken to the nearest Post Office for collection. Parcels will be delivered on weekdays only, we are unable to deliver on a weekend.

We understand that many people are not home during business hours, and in that case suggest having your order sent to a business address.

RY offers a money back guarantee on the authenticity of every product we sell, we only sell genuine products with a full warranty.

Ry will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. If you have simply changed your mind or wish to cancel your order and want a refund a 10% restocking fee is applicable (goods must be unopened, undamaged and unused including packaging) as we have to cover bank and stocking charges, alternatively we can provide a store credit for the full value of your purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any 'wet products' as we have no way to ensure that they are un-contaminated.

If you wish to return something you must contact us before returning anything to obtain the appropriate Product Return form.

It is your obligation to pack returned products satisfactorily so that they arrive back with all seals intact. Any Product that arrives back damaged, leaked, opened or used will simply be returned back to you.

Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods and all returns must be with in 14 days of purchase.

Product warranties are held with the manufacturers with a minimum 12 months. If you need to have an electrical item repaired, whilst it is under the warranty period, RY will cover all shipping charges involved to and from the manufacturer. The cost in returning the item to us so that we can do this will be at your expense. In some cases you will need to deal directly with the manufacturer, in which case we can provide you with all contact details.

STOCK
Whilst we always try to stock ample levels of all items we do sometimes become out of stock of some products. In this case you will be emailed and informed of the expected delay. The general delay is usually only 3 - 5 days.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your products are damaged in transit please contact us to organise a replacement.

LIABILITY
At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. If you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, you must include the company name. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Unless your postage option includes insurance we will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery as this is handled by Australia Post. Orders can take up to a maximum of 14 days for delivery although we always endeavor to get it to you quicker if possible. We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers. In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place. We will always endeavor to follow up any missing or lost parcels with Australia Post on your behalf and do everything in our power to rectify the situation. Please be aware that large international orders can be subject to customs charges, and it is your responsibility to look into this before ordering from us.
