There is no minimum rewards points required to make a redemption. Kitchenware Superstore VIP Club Terms & Conditions

To earn loyalty points, customers must first register as a member online by creating a free account that requires an email address and password.
To earn loyalty points for future purchases, members must sign into their account using the email address and password used to create their original account before completing a valid transaction.
If using a gift certificate or Kitchenware Superstore Loyalty Points as part-payment for an order that is in excess of the redemption value, Loyalty Points will still be earned on any value remaining on an order that you are redeeming points on. Eg. If your order comes to $100, and you are using $20 of Loyalty Points, you will earn rewards on the remaining $80, as usual.
Points earned will be adjusted for all returned and refunded merchandise.

I had to check out this cleansing gel because I had always been hearing about dermalogica and how their skin care items are life savers. I received an email newsletter from RY promoting the item as it was actually on sale. So I decided it was finally time to try it out. Oh my gosh, this gel is as good as they say. I rarely get breakouts anymore and people at work have been asking how I keep my skin so clear! This cleansing gel has improved my skin so much. I think I might buy another while it's still on sale!

This is officially my holy grail cleanser. Every other cleanser I have tried has been extremely drying for my skin. I am in love with this cleanser and I love that it is soap-free! The description on the site piqued my interest and I am so glad I got this cleanser!

This is such a great cleanser for my skin. I get the occasional breakout, but my skin type is normal/combo and this keeps it in tip-top shape!
I feel clean and cleansed after using it, but not with that horrible tight stripped feeling that some cleansers give.

THis cleanser is my life saver, it keeps my skin clear.
I use the large pump bottle, and it lasts, without a doubt - 12 months!
A little goes such a long way, you only need a tiny bit and it foams nicely.

Special Cleansing Gel is beautiful. It really helps give my skin a clean finish every time and it even assists with removing my makeup! How kind of you, Special Cleansing Gel!
The cleanser does not leave the skin feeling tight or stripped of moisture because it foams with a little bit of water and rinses off with ease. Just be careful if keeping it in the shower as water may leak in through the lid.

Ry will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. If you have simply changed your mind or wish to cancel your order and want a refund a 10% restocking fee is applicable (goods must be unopened, undamaged and unused including packaging) as we have to cover bank and stocking charges, alternatively we can provide a store credit for the full value of your purchase. Product warranties are held with the manufacturers with a minimum 12 months. If you need to have an electrical item repaired, whilst it is under the warranty period, RY will cover all shipping charges involved to and from the manufacturer. The cost in returning the item to us so that we can do this will be at your expense. In some cases you will need to deal directly with the manufacturer, in which case we can provide you with all contact details.

STOCK
Whilst we always try to stock ample levels of all items we do sometimes become out of stock of some products. In this case you will be emailed and informed of the expected delay. The general delay is usually only 3 - 5 days.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your products are damaged in transit please contact us to organise a replacement.

LIABILITY
At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. If you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, you must include the company name. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Unless your postage option includes insurance we will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery as this is handled by Australia Post.
