What happens if my item gets lost in the post?
Ry.com.au offer shipping with or without insurance. Please note if you do not/have not chosen Insurance with your order we are unable to offer any refunds or replacements lost in the post nationally or internationally.

My parcel is late
From time to time Australia post will hold your parcel for you at your local post office. To track your parcel within Australia you can visit www.auspost.com.au/track/ and quote the consignment number you received in your dispatch email.

What is the difference between the ghd styling iron, the mini styler and the salon styler?
All 3 models have the same features and technology however each iron has a different size ceramic plate to suit different lengths/types of hair. The standard 24mm styling iron is perfectly suited to most people with regular length hair. The Mini Styler is more suited for men or women with very short hair. The Salon Styler is especially good for people with very thick hair as it makes straightening your hair quicker, and creates a larger wave or curl.

What happens if I need to make a claim on my warranty?

If you need to have another branded electrical item repaired, whilst is is covered by its 12 month warranty period, we will handle everything for you. All you need to do is contact us to obtain a product warranty return form, and post this and your product back to our Returns Department. Whilst RY will cover all costs involved between the manufacturer, you will be required to cover the expence for getting the item back to us.
I'm scared about putting my credit card on the internet? Can I pay cash or money order?
We offer BPAY as an alternative to using your credit card, this is a very simple and easy way to pay. Simple place your order and choose BPAY when checking out, then transfer the total purchase amount to us using your online banking or telephone banking. This process is 100% secure.
Can I come into the salon and pay then so I can have a look at it?
We do offer an in store pick up option for online orders. Simply select this as your shipping option at the checkout. You can collect your order 1 business day after ordering.
