Tremendous site guys. GHD were having troubles with there website when i was trying to register my styler. GHD were unless, they didn't call me back and i couldn't not get a hold of someone.

I emailed through RY customer service and got nothing but the best assistance. Within 3 hours of sending my email, someone from RY had emailed me back to explain the problem on GHD's end, someone from GHD had called me directly to apologise.

I ordered the GHD Styling iron and received it within 4 days. Before ordering I was very nervous and dubious about buying things on the web but this service is fantastic! I love my new GHD - I can't stop using it! Best styling iron on the market! Up to my second incarnation of this one and the quality just keeps getting better ... wouldn't buy any other. This is my second GHD in just five years which says something about the quality of these irons. And the only reason I need a new one is because I lost my old one when we moved house!

The iron is beautiful. I can go from pin straight hair to luscious curls in an instant. The plates do not pull on my hair and I find that it both heats up and cools down at a rapid pace.

I was using a babyliss pro ceramic straightener before I bought this product, and the difference between the two is massive. Before it would take an hour to do my hair, and once I stepped outside my hair went instantly frizzy again. With the ghd iv it takes me about 15 minutes (I have long thin hair), and I couldn't be happier with the results. My hair is smooth and shiny and above all - straight! I haven't had any damage as yet, the only drawback for me is sometimes the hair drags on the plates, but this hasn't really been an issue. I bought the ghd straighteners from you guys last week and MY GOD - they are AWESOME! I have very thick, wavy, long hair and my last pair of straighteners ($100 ones) took a long time to straighten and my hair was still "boofy" at the end.

I have owned my ghd since 2007 and it is still going strong! I had been eyeing off ghd irons for quite some time before taking the plunge and friends of mine raved and raved about ghd's styling tools. If you have been thinking about getting a GHD but holding back because of the cost and wondering if getting a cheaper brand's straightener will be the same thing, then please, STOP!
