Infused with spheres of Marine Collagen Atelocollgen. These spheres work to plump lips by trapping water and swelling, thus providing volume to the skin’s structures. For a poutingly plump pucker, apply alone or before your lip color. Pepper-derived Capsicum Extract stimulates lips, resulting in a ‘tingling’ sensation and rosy tint. Safflower Oil, which is high in Linoleic Acid, helps soften and condition lips.
