1. I've forgotten my password
If you know you have an account, but have forgotten your password, you can go to our forgot password page and submit your email address. We'll email you a link so you can reset your password.
2. I've forgotten which email address I used
Can't remember if you used your home email or work email with your last order? You can either try to login with each email address, or give us a call and we'll look you up. Just give us your name and billing address and we'll send you an email to the account you used. Note that for privacy reasons we can not give any account information, including email addresses over the phone.
3. I want to create an account but it says my email is already in use
RY.com.au has been in business for over 10 years, sometimes customers forget that they ordered from us many years ago. This includes customers that ordered using the PayPal express checkout method. In this case an account would be created, but no password was set. In order to recover this account, you can go to our forgot password page and submit your email address. We'll email you a link so you can reset your password.
