120 DAY HASSLE FREE RETURNS

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to us for a store credit - no questions asked.

So if for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, simply email our customer service team at sales@ry.com.au and our friendly customer service team will help you organise your return. All we ask is the product is unused and the packaging is unopened. Once we receive your products back to us, a store credit will be applied to your account. PLEASE NOTE: Choose cosmetics carefully as they can not be returned for hygiene reasons.

PayPal are now offering Free Returns for 8 PayPal orders per year for incurred shipping costs up to $45.

 
Conditions:
  • Product must be returned, and arrive back in new condition with original box, packaging and contents.
  • On return, your products will be inspected, please ensure that you take adequate measures to return items as new, as re-postage will be at your expense.
  • You must contact us before returning anything, and obtain a return authorisation.
  • Return Shipping is at the expense of the customer.

Faulty Goods

If you think there is a fault with an item that you received, please contact us immediately.

If it is an electrical item and you wish to make a claim under warranty please read our Warranty information below, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. Please choose your cosmetics carefully as once they are open they cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

Goods Lost or Damaged in TRANSIT

Here at ry.com.au we do our best to make sure your goods arrive on time and in good condition.

Ry.com.au offer all customers the opportunity to insure the parcel at the checkout process.

When a customer has insured a parcel ry.com.au will launch a investigation on your behalf. These inquires can take up to 10 business days. If after ten days the parcel cannot be found ry.com.au will replace your parcel free of charge. Customers who choose not to take shipping insurance on the parcel accept that ry.com.au is not responsible for the loss of the parcel and the parcel will not be replaced, reshipped or refunded.

 

Refunds

You will always be refunded via the same method you originally used for payment.

 

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Product warranties are held with the manufactures with a minimum 12 months. If you need to have an electrical item repaired, whilst it is under the warranty period, RY will cover the shipping charges involved to and from the manufacturer. The cost in returning the item to us so that we can do this will be at your expense. In some cases you will need to deal directly with the brand or manufacturer, in which case will provide you with all necessary contact details.
