I have extremely thick hair and was perusing the website between studies as I tend to do as I like dreaming about the different devices and products at Ry. I came across this product and it said it's specifically helpful for people with thick hair. I decided to try it out and it's been great for my hair! My hair has never been calmer and looking shiny and healthy rather than oily like some other conditioner treatments I've tried.

Moroccan Oil intense hydrating mask 250ml
I brought this product on the weekend as I like trialing different hair masks. I must admit I a bit reluctant to buy it because of the price, but I have used the oils and I loved them. I have only used it in my hair once but it made it feel so soft and smooth. When I brought it the lady told me to only leave it in your hair for 7 mins as they can have a reversal effect. I would recommend this to anyone though!

Apply a generous amount to towel-dried hair and comb through to distribute the product evenly. Allow to absorb for 5–7 minutes. No heat is required. Rinse and style as usual. Ry will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. If you have simply changed your mind or wish to cancel your order and want a refund a 10% restocking fee is applicable (goods must be unopened, undamaged and unused including packaging) as we have to cover bank and stocking charges, alternatively we can provide a store credit for the full value of your purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any 'wet products' as we have no way to ensure that they are un-contaminated.
If you wish to return something you must contact us before returning anything to obtain the appropriate Product Return form.
It is your obligation to pack returned products satisfactorily so that they arrive back with all seals intact. Any Product that arrives back damaged, leaked, opened or used will simply be returned back to you.
Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods and all returns must be with in 14 days of purchase.
Product warranties are held with the manufacturers with a minimum 12 months. If you need to have an electrical item repaired, whilst it is under the warranty period, RY will cover all shipping charges involved to and from the manufacturer. The cost in returning the item to us so that we can do this will be at your expense. In some cases you will need to deal directly with the manufacturer, in which case we can provide you with all contact details.
Whilst we always try to stock ample levels of all items we do sometimes become out of stock of some products. In this case you will be emailed and informed of the expected delay. The general delay is usually only 3 - 5 days.
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your products are damaged in transit please contact us to organise a replacement.
At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. If you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, you must include the company name. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Unless your postage option includes insurance we will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery as this is handled by Australia Post. Orders can take up to a maximum of 14 days for delivery although we always endeavour to get it to you quicker if possible. We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers. In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place. We will always endeavour to follow up any missing or lost parcels with Australia Post on your behalf and do everything in our power to rectify the situation. Please be aware that large international orders can be subject to customs charges, and it is your responsibility to look into this before ordering from us.
