After applying Mattifying Mineral Primer, apply foundation to the skin using the 19b Artist Foundation Brush start-
ing in the feature focus area and working out towards the edges of the face. Work quickly (this formula sets quite
quickly) using a stippling motion with your brush to best simulate the natural texture of skin for a truly flawless
finish. To ‘stipple’, tap your brush in short movements onto the surface of the skin, blending with each stroke.
For more coverage, simply layer the product. Apply Mattifying Mineral Primer over the top of foundation to set your base for a long lasting finish and to prevent shine.
