NAPOLEON PERDIS MATTE EYE INK (BLACK)
This inky black liquid liner deposits long-wearing color to define and enhance your eyes. The water-based formula dries to a modern matte finish with budge-proof color payoff. Proudly paraben free and opthamologically tested
How to use:
- The fine-tip, precision applicator is the perfect length and shape to mark out a feline flick. Hold at the outer corner of the eye and angle the tip towards the end of the brow. Dab the wand onto the skin to release product. Mark out the shape of your flick, continue to fill in and perfect your line.
- For a quick and simple smouldering eye, load Angled Chisel Brush 9a with Matte Eye Ink and blend along the upper and lower lash lines. Finish with a soft wash of Color Disc Green Living over the mobile lid.
- Take your favourite red or pink lipstick and mix with Matte Eye Ink to deepen the shade and create a semi-matte texture.
- Use a little Auto Pilot Pre-Foundation Skin Primer on a cotton tip to fix mistakes. The oil content in eye makeup remover can run and move your eye makeup. Primer has less slip and won’t damage your liner, mascara or eye makeup resulting in a clean, crisp line.
- Lay the long edge of the applicator along the lash line and apply in short strokes for a smooth, even finish. For a more lo-fi look, smudge lightly after application with 9a Chisel Brush.

Fantastic! Stays put and super black
The little nib is hard to get used to, so I wouldn't recommend it to first-time eyeliner users. However it's so great. Stays perfect for my entire 8 hour shift. It's a super dark black too, which makes your eyes really pop. I didn't actually notice how the deep black matters to the quality of your look until I bought this eyeliner. By far the best eyeliner I ever bought! I've even been for four km runs during my lunch break, and it stays perfect. And it's actually cheaper than my other eyeliners. Beyond impressed. Would recommend to everyone, unless you're new to eyeliner (then I would suggest the pen style eyeliner)
Smooth and easy
Winged linger is a daunting part of my morning but the NP matte ink goes on nice and smooth and is easy to correct. Good for beginners!

The Napoleon matte Eye Ink is one of the best liquid eyeliners I have ever used. It dries quickly, is a nice matte black and can draw impeccable winged lines with ease. Highly recommend for beginners and pros alike!
