The global skin care brand was awarded the honor in recognition of its philanthropic efforts in supporting women in its 25 year history and for launching its new global program called<a title="Dermalogica Join FITE" href="http://www.joinFITE.org" target="_blank"> join FITE</a>, which aims to help 25,000 women to start or grow a business.</p>
<p><strong>What is the Step Up Woman’s Network?</strong><br />

<p>Comedian Ellen DeGeneres led the Twitter tributes to the happy couple posting: &#8220;I&#8217;m so happy for my dance protégée Natalie Portman and her new baby boy! Congratulations!&#8221;<br />
Followed by Lindsay Lohan who tweeted: &#8216;Congrats to #natalieportman for her beautiful baby boy.<br />

<strong>Natalie Portman’s baby</strong> (his name is yet to be revealed) it appears is the icing on the cake for what has been a good year so far for the actress. Portman picked up another first – an Oscar – this February for her role as a tortured ballet dancer in the psychological thriller Black Swan.</p>
<p>Portman also won the Best Actress award for the role at the UK BAFTAs this year but was unable to attend the ceremony in London due to the advanced stage of her pregnancy.</p>
<p>When she announced her pregnancy last year, the usually secretive star said &#8220;I have always kept my private life private but I will say that I am indescribably happy and feel very grateful to have this experience.”</p>
<p>Natalie Portman’s hair has certainly changed throughout her years in the spotlight, as the actress is not one to shy away from changing her looks for her art. She famously shaved her head bald for the 2006 movie V for Vendetta and<br />

<p>Napoleon Perdis is a well-known makeup artist, as well as an even better known make up brand.  The Brand has been around for as long as I can remember, and I and most people I know have at least one of their own personal can’t live without Napoleon product. <p>Mr Perdis’ makeup journey began out of his small make up studio in the inner-west Sydney suburb of Leichhardt, which he opened in 1992. A few years later he debuted his first concept store on Sydney’s Oxford Street, boasting a full cosmetic collection. Today Napoleon Perdis is sold in more than 65 concept stores and over 4,500 point of sale locations across Australia and New Zealand.</p>

<a title="St Tropez" href="http://www.ry.com.au/self-tanning-st-tropez-c-312_513.html" target="_self">St Tropez</a> have just announced Kelly Osborne as their ambassador for self esteem issues affecting young people.</p>
<p>The following statistics and information comes directly from St Tropez.</p>
<p>“New research has uncovered that body image remains a major concern for young people, with nearly three quarters of 16-30 year olds confirming that they regularly do not feel self-confident.<span id="more-2429"></span></p>
<p>The results were revealed by Kelly Osbourne who has been signed up by St. Tropez as an ambassador for self-esteem issues affecting young people in the UK. The UK wide research* was commissioned by St. Tropez in collaboration with youth charity <a title="The Princes Trust" href="http://www.princes-trust.org.uk/" target="_blank">The Prince’s Trust</a>.</p>
<p>The rise of young people ‘self-bullying’ was shown in the results of the nationwide research, which discovered that 60% of young people cite being unhappy with their bodies as the main reason for low self-confidence and self-belief. This was compared to only 30% who said that their self-esteem had been knocked by external factors such as bullying.</p>
<p>One third of people surveyed also stated that they had not got a job because of low self-esteem causing them to perform badly in an interview.</p>
<p>The research also showed that the recession has clearly had a dramatic impact on the attitudes of young people, as career development, job security and money all came in higher than green issues as a point of concern. Only 20% of 16-30 year olds were worried about the planet. 90% of people also said that they spend time worrying about the future.</p>
<p>Kelly commented: ‘“It really saddens me that so many young people suffer from low self esteem and feel unhappy with their appearance. I think that at times we can be very hard on ourselves, which is certainly something I have experienced in my own life. I managed to overcome those negative thoughts by being healthy, thinking positively and making small changes to my lifestyle that make me feel good about myself, such as taking more exercise and being true to yourself.</p>
<p>“Dancing With The Stars and having my first ever St. Tropez spray tan was a huge confidence booster for me &#8211; it helped me to get fit and allowed me to look and feel beautiful from the outside, in. More over it also helped me to see that I can achieve anything I put my mind to, which was a huge accomplishment for me &#8211; I&#8217;ve never really been able to finish something I&#8217;ve started, and to do so feels amazing.&#8221;</p>
<p>Kelly Osbourne has been an ambassador for The Prince’s Trust for three years and believes passionately in The Trust’s work, helping young people overcome issues such as depression, drug addiction and long-term unemployment.</p>

If you have an oily or combination complexion this would be the ideal daily moisturiser for you. I have been using the Daily Essential Moisturiser SPF30+ for the last couple of weeks, on a daily basis, and I am impressed with its staying power. My face stay&#8217;s matte all day, without looking shiny, nor have I experienced any breakouts. It comes in a pump bottle and with just two pumps; it produces a light creamy fluid that is enough to cover my entire face and neck. It absorbs instantly leaving my face prepped and ready to apply foundation. I find I do not need a primer when using this product as it definitely assists in keeping my foundation in place all day.</p>
<p>Overall, I believe I have found my holy grail of SPF moisturisers. Being that is perfect for my skin type and addresses all of my usual concerns with no cons at all. I think the title is very fitting, as it is now a “daily essential” in my skincare regime, and one that will prove to run rings around similar products on the market. This is a five star creation that I am sure everyone will be bending over backwards to try.&#8221;</p>
