I have a routine that I do before I go out to clubs/parties/out for dinner etc to get my lips looking really good. I make sure that I wear lip balm all day to ensure that my lips are soft for the night, it looks really bad when you put lipstick on dry lips. Then before I put my makeup on I exfoliate my lips with raw sugar and a tooth brush. Then what I do is a use a lip pump (its like a plastic device) to make my lips look bigger (I got mine from http://www.lipplumpingshop.com but you can use another brand as long as it works well) and then I apply lip liner just slightly outside my natural lip line. I then apply a slightly lighter shade of lip stick to my lips and then I apply a bit of shimmer dust to the cupids bow.
Raw sugar and a toothbrush? I’ll have to try that one! I apply a little bit of petroleum jelly to my lips and leave stand for a few minutes (whilst finishing applying some make up..!) then exfoliate my lips with my tooth brush, then apply gloss on top for silky smooth lips!
