Redeeming your Loyalty Points online is simple

Add the products you wish to order to your shopping cart
Proceed to the checkout, on the Payment Method page simply tick the box “Tick this box to redeem Reward Points” and hit "apply". You will then see the rewards points discount applied to your order.

There is no minimum rewards points required to make a redemption. Loyalty Points must be redeemed in full on one transaction, unless the order total is less than your available points, and we will use the needed portion. Any outstanding points will remain in your account for future use. The Kitchenware Superstore VIP Club is exclusive to Kitchenwaresuperstore.com.au, and points are only valid for redemption through the website.

Kitchenware Superstore VIP Club Terms & Conditions

To earn loyalty points, customers must first register as a member online by creating a free account that requires an email address and password.
To earn loyalty points for future purchases, members must sign into their account using the email address and password used to create their original account before completing a valid transaction.
If using a gift certificate or Kitchenware Superstore Loyalty Points as part-payment for an order that is in excess of the redemption value, Loyalty Points will still be earned on any value remaining on an order that you are redeeming points on. Eg. If your order comes to $100, and you are using $20 of Loyalty Points, you will earn rewards on the remaining $80, as usual.
Points earned will be adjusted for all returned and refunded merchandise.
Telephone orders are eligible for reward points, you must provide your existing account email, or provide one for a new account at the time of ordering.

This parlux is too powerful for me! i have a very sensitive scalp, and i cant use this one the hottest setting.
I never thought i would have a hair dryer that was too powerful! even on the cooler temp my hair is much more shiny everyday.

Last night i dropped my parlux, and he died :( Very sad day indeed. Definitely saving up over the next couple of weeks to invest in a new one, at least at RY i can get cheap Parlux, more money for shoes!

This is the God of hair dryers!
The Parlux 3200 gave me beautiful results after the first use! I've even had compliments from my cousin who is Senior Color Technician from RAW hair in Sydney say how luscious my hair now looks! The styling head allowed me to easily manage the hair and took away that frizzy scalp that you often find with the cheaper hair dryers. I'm so excited about this hair dryer I want to scream out to everyone, anywhere, YOU HAVE GOT TO TRY THIS IT'S BRILLIANT!

Ry will not exchange or refund goods unless they were damaged or faulty when purchased. If you have simply changed your mind or wish to cancel your order and want a refund a 10% restocking fee is applicable (goods must be unopened, undamaged and unused including packaging) as we have to cover bank and stocking charges, alternatively we can provide a store credit for the full value of your purchase. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on any 'wet products' as we have no way to ensure that they are un-contaminated.

If you wish to return something you must contact us before returning anything to obtain the appropriate Product Return form.

It is your obligation to pack returned products satisfactorily so that they arrive back with all seals intact. Any Product that arrives back damaged, leaked, opened or used will simply be returned back to you.

Sorry we cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods and all returns must be with in 14 days of purchase.

Product warranties are held with the manufacturers with a minimum 12 months. If you need to have an electrical item repaired, whilst it is under the warranty period, RY will cover all shipping charges involved to and from the manufacturer. The cost in returning the item to us so that we can do this will be at your expense. In some cases you will need to deal directly with the manufacturer, in which case we can provide you with all contact details.

STOCK
Whilst we always try to stock ample levels of all items we do sometimes become out of stock of some products. In this case you will be emailed and informed of the expected delay. The general delay is usually only 3 - 5 days.

GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your products are damaged in transit please contact us to organise a replacement.

LIABILITY
At the time of ordering, it is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details. If you are having your parcel delivered to a business address, you must include the company name. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Unless your postage option includes insurance we will not accept liability for any loss or damage during delivery or arising from a late delivery as this is handled by Australia Post. Orders can take up to a maximum of 14 days for delivery although we always endeavour to get it to you quicker if possible. We always do our best to provide products on time to our customers. In the event that delivery is delayed you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged after delivery has taken place.
