RY Rewards

Be rewarded with RY’s free loyalty program. Available to all members, simply sign up, or log into your existing account to earn, and save!

Earning points is easy

Earn 2 points for every dollar spent on products online at RY. Points are automatically calculated based on your shopping cart, and applied to your RY Rewards account once your order has been processed and sent.

To place an order, you must register; this is completely free and allows you to take advantage of all member discount, promotions, savings as well as RY Rewards.

We are unable to back-date points, transfer points between accounts or merge RY customer accounts so don't forget to sign in each time you shop online to ensure you can use and earn RY Rewards Points. You can view your available RY Rewards points in the My Account page, when you log in.

How to redeem points
Redeeming 200 points = $1
Redeeming your RY Reward points online is as easy as 1, 2, 3.

1. Sign into your RY account

2. Add the products you wish to order to your shopping cart

3. Proceed to the checkout, on the Payment Method page simply tick the box “Tick this box to redeem Reward Points” and hit "apply". You will then see the rewards points discount applied to your order.

RY Rewards Terms + Conditions Eligibility

• Membership of RY Rewards is free, and open to RY customers who register as a customer online.

Earning points

• To earn points, customers must first register as a member online by creating a free account that requires an email address and password.

• To earn points for future purchases, members must sign into their account using the email address and password used to create their original account before completing a valid transaction.

• If using a gift certificate or RY Rewards as part-payment for an order that is in excess of the redemption value, RY Rewards will still be earned on any value remaining on an order that you are redeeming points on. Eg. If your order comes to $100, and you are using $20 of RY Reward points, you will earn rewards on the remaining $80, as usual.

• Points earned will be adjusted for all returned and refunded merchandise.

• Telephone orders are eligible for reward points, you must provide your existing account email, or provide one for a new account at the time of ordering.

• RY Rewards is exclusive to www.ry.com.au and points cannot be earned or redeemed through Recreate Yourself Hair and Beauty Salon.

• Registered online customers earn 2 points for every $1 spent on retail purchases, exclusive of shipping charges.

• Point are rounded up or down to the nearest dollar spent.

• Unauthorised purchases and fraudulent transactions do not earn points.

• There is no limit to the number of points you can earn.

• Points are for individual consumers only and cannot be sold, auctioned or transferred to another members account.

• Points have no cash value.

• Customers continue to accumulate points whilst their account is active. An active account is defined by a minimum of one purchase every twelve months. Inactive accounts will default to a zero point balance but will resume point earnings at the time of the next purchase.

• Points are earned on the RY sale price, shown on our site in pink, NOT THE RRP.

• Promotional codes, discounts, gift certificates and RY Rewards ineligible to earn points.

• Points cannot be credited to customers who complete a transaction not in their original account.

• Rewards points cannot be back dated.

• RY Rewards are non-transferable.

• Customers who change their email address via the “My Account” page will retain all benefits and reward points until redeemed or expired.

• RY Rewards are exclusive to RY.com.au and are not valid in conjunction with any other offer or third party supplier.

• From time-to-time we may offer bonus point promotions which we will promote on our website or via email to newsletter subscribers.

Redeeming points

• There is no minimum rewards points required to make a redemption.

• Customers redeem points online via their account, upon checkout.

• RY Rewards Points must be redeemed in full on one transaction, unless the order total is less than your available points, and we will use the needed portion. Any outstanding points will remain in your account for future use.

• RY Rewards may be used for www.ry.com.au purchases only.

• Unauthorised purchases or fraudulent transactions do not earn or redeem points.

Program changes or termination

• www.ry.com.au reserves the right to change the Program rules, benefits, terms, conditions and limitations, or to cancel the program entirely at any time without prior notification.

• If www.ry.com.au terminates the program, any remaining or unused reward point balances will be forfeited.

Privacy

• RY Rewards is administered by RY.com.au and our standard Privacy Policy is effective. Our Privacy Policy can be viewed on our website.

Disclaimer

• RY Rewards is a customer service program of www.ry.com.au

• Customers release www.ry.com.au and any associated parties from all liability in connection with the RY Rewards Program. Each customer permits sharing of information necessary to fulfill the terms of the Program.

• The customer is responsible for determining any tax liability arising from participation in the Program.

• www.ry.com.au is not responsible for errors and/or omissions in any Program document.
