Wella Sp Repair Cream 30 Sec 150ml

“I used a Wella Balsam cream conditioner for the hair that was available in the middle 1970's It came in a tube or a jar.I learned about it from and article in the Cosmopolitan magazine.after applying the cream conditioner a plastic cap and towel was wrapped around the hair and was left for 1/2 to 1 hour then rinsed off.
