Disappointed
After reading amazing reviews for this product I decided to buy one for travel. Once it arrived I was really disappointed. I ordered a pink one which judging by photos and the box it came in should be towards a hotter pink, mine was red/maroon. The casing of the straightener was chipped, rough, and the seems didn't line up properly. The straightener it self works ok but I can get the same result from just the hairdryer so not really worth having. I brought the chipped and rough exterior to the attention of customer service and they were not interested in even entertaining the idea that there may be a fault. I was just told it was a cheap straightener. Perhaps then in the description it should be added that it looks cheap and poorly put together because it is.
