Australian entrepreneur Shelley Sullivan launched ModelCo in 2002. As a former model agent, women were always asking her why multipurpose quick-fix products simply didn’t exist. Listening to what they wanted, she launched her brand with the innovative Lash Wand Heated Curler which was an instant hit. A year later, ModelCo became world-famous with the launch of Tan Airbrush In A Can. This revolutionary self-tan was the first of its kind in an aerosol spray and the bestselling blue/green formula put an end to streaky legs, uneven coverage and stained hands.
Continually creating game-changing products, ModelCo is driven by creativity. The brand is big on social media and embraces high-profile ambassadors that include Elle Macpherson, Rosie Huntington Whitely and Hailey Baldwin.
ModelCo products are cruelty-free, PETA-certified, vegan and made in Australia. Alongside award-winning self tans, you'll find cutting edge cosmetics, handmade human hair lashes and professional makeup tools. In 2018 the brand collaborated with Karl Lagerfeld to produce a sell-out limited edition colour collection and in 2020 they redesigned their iconic pink packaging whilst introducing the 'Tested on Role Models Not Animals' campaign.
Shelley Sullivan is a self-confessed beauty futurist and ModelCo continues to release wow factor products with an artistic edge that are luxurious, solution-based and look ever so modern on the bathroom shelf.
