Directions

Adults: Mix 5 g (2.5 level 5 mL metric spoons) of powder in 200 mL of hot water and/or milk and consume immediately. Take once daily, 30 minutes before bed, or as professionally prescribed. Sleep Ritual™ can be taken with any other Beauty Chef product. Store below 25°C in a dry place away from sunlight. Always use a dry spoon. Bacillus coagulans may affect the way some medicines work, including immunosuppressants. Consult your health professional before taking with other medicines. Not suitable for children. Not recommended for use by pregnant and lactating women or women likely to become pregnant. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Vitamins and minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.
