In the shower rub the Body Bar all over wet body to exfoliate and cleanse. Or, work in hands at the sink. Rinse well. Don't leave Body Bar in a position which will constantly get it wet as it will erode over time.
Use all over body until clean, paying particular attention to areas which can breakout, such as shoulders and legs.
