surprisingly it works to gradually deposits colour on my blonde hair, the colour gets intense as per advertised after couple of applications, best on light damp/ semi dry hair! Not to mention it smells delicious! And does hydrate my mane ! I just purchased the 2nd bottle in emerald colour plus a rose gold for the next dye when I'm over teal/emerald colour.
It washes out pretty quick depends on the colour you chose! For dark/ bold colour like teal, purple or emerald it takes
Couple of washes with clarifying shampoo. My reference is Paul Mitchell clarifying shampoo I had purchased from RY it works to remove the ‘stubborn' green tinge
