Love the product, works well to tone down 'gold' hue. However, i hate the bottle, great in theory but practically awful. You cannot get the last of the product out and my second bottle didn't work at all. So little comes out it makes it fiddly too. Please change the bottle Redken
I found the product really difficult to dispense after the first few uses - not sure if the pump was faulty but ended up cutting the bottle in half as it was the only way I could get any product out. Conditioner was good and effective at eliminating brassy tones but won't buy again due to the packaging.
Great product for blonde hair.Works really good on my brassiness and give that smooth touch to my hair.Love it!
This toning conditioner is fabulous. It certainly tones down the gold in my blonde hair and leaves it feeling soft. The way it is adjustable is very clever and you decide how much toning you want.
