Towel dry and detangle hair. There are two heat settings. Use the high heat for initial drying and then the low heat as your hair starts to dry. I bought this hot air styler because the reviews said it was gentle on fine damaged hair. To my amazement it is. My now short fine hair was damaged by a hairdressor lightening my locks which turned it into a frizzy mess. This styles barrel is large enough to straighten my hair rather than curl it and on the low heat polishes my hair. I am really impressed with it. I no longer use my hairdryer as this dries and straightens in one go and the low heat setting is far gentler on my hair than a hair straightner. Love love love it.
I like this product as it makes the hair feel soft and silky. I cannot use it when my hair is wet though, as I cannot get the brush through it until it is dry. I was expecting to use only this without drying first.
