Youngblood Outrageous Lashes Lengthening Mascara 8.3ml - Blackout

Begin at the underside of upper lashes, slowly moving the brush upward toward the tips of lashes. Slowly roll the brush on the upward stroke to promote separation of the lashes. Allow the first coat of mascara to dry before applying the second coat.
