Was given a sample sachet by a hairdresser friend to try. I have fine, straight hair,highlighted blonde. This product is light, luscious, and smells amazing! I love that a little goes a long way, and works well as a detangler as well. Highly recommended

Product is ok but the smell is awful, like public toilet cleaner. Next time I will stick to trusted brands like Kerastase and Kevin Murphy

A must have styling product

I am now on to my second bottle of ol absolute. I love the scent and I love that it is not too oily on my fine straight hair... A must have product in my opinion!

Excellent, Luxurious, Expensive

I love Davines products, and I have wanted to try their OI line for a while now. The OI hair oil is absolutely lovely; it is light, concentrated, and smells amazing (a clean, musky, almost masculine scent that nevertheless leaves the hair only lightly scented after drying). You only need 1-2 pumps of product for your whole head (when my hair is wet, I often need 3-4 since I have a LOT of hair). If I want soft, silky strands with less curl definition, I apply it after washing, braid it, and leave it overnight for loose, shiny waves. If I need help with frizz and flyaways on curlier days, I just had a tiny bit to dry, styled hair and run it through with my fingers. It never looks oily, and leaves my hair incredibly soft and shiny. My one wish is that it were less expensive, although one bottle does last a while. Regardless, I will definitely be reordering when it's finished!

Lovely product, dose not weigh your hair down

really nice oil, dose no build up and get to oily. gives your hair heaps of shine, really stunning product!
