Nozzle fault

I know this product lives up to all expectations as I’ve been using Dermalogica for over 20 years however, my product arrived with a faulty nozzle. The nozzle and cap were broken off of the tube and the nozzle is stuck in the cap with no way to reattach. The break is a clean break which appears to be a tube manufacturing fault, The packaging was intact so the damage was not the result of rough handling in transit. No other product was damaged. I have been denied a replacement or full refund. The option of a 30% credit to my account was offered, I have requested a full refund to my payment method with no positive response. I do not want a credit held. Replacement or refund only. This is my first purchase from Ry and possibly will be my last.

Visible Results in less than a week

I noticed results from using this product immediately! Beautiful, smoothing, lightweight, yet nourishing eye cream. Visible results in less than a week. Fine lines diminished, puffiness reduced, tires eyes revived!! Excellent product!

I just wanted to post a follow up review after a couple more months of using this product. It really is the very best eye cream I have ever used. I must say I misspoke in my previous review when recommending use in the day and night - it should actually only be used at night. Also, be careful not to run out of the product or you will have to go through the process of 'easing into the product', initial shedding/dryness all over again before getting to the good result - this happened to me when I ran out for a couple of weeks and I will be sure not to let that happen again :)

Good consistency and moisturizing. Unsure of long term effects just yet though. Pricey for the volume you get.

this stuff really works

This is my second time of purchasing this, i have really missed this since my tube ran out. I follow directions as outlined and i had what looked like a sunspot which over the course of two weeks actually lifted away and is no longer there. This also make dark circles under eyes appear to disappear. Fantastic product.
