What a month! I feel like I was sick way more than I wasn’t and along with a whole lot of Love Island viewing in bed– I’ve been spending my time counting down the days until Spring– 46 if you’re wondering 😉
However I will say that the following products helped make the first month of Winter just that little bit easier to get through.
If you have thirsty hair like mine- look no further. I tried a sample of the Wella Invigo Deep Nourishing Mask and I was honestly blown away. Not only did my hair smell like some kind of delicious fruity cocktail, (even my boyfriend noticed and loved it) it literally felt like silk.
I bought the full tub earlier this week and I’m trying to hold off washing my hair until it arrives. Slicked back bun, here I come!
It’s hard for me to love an eye cream. I’m usually one of those people that although I never skip on the step, I struggle to find a product that I can see has worked better than the last. However, I knew I had found my new holy-grail after trying asap’s Firming Eye Lift.
A few days into use I noticed a difference in my stubborn dark circles. I also found that my concealer sat so nicely in the eye area, which looked and felt hydrated. I can’t wait to keep trialling this guy– I’m expecting great long-term results.
This oil has been an absolute godsend this month. I don’t know if it’s the change in the Winter weather, the fact that my showers are always way too long and hot or if i’m just getting old– but my usually oily skin has decided to completely dry out and cause me so much grief.
All of that changed when I had the genius idea of mixing a little of the Skin Physics Nature’s Superoil in with my usual moisturiser. The next morning my skin felt soothed, soft and plump and I haven’t looked back since.
Rodial’s Glamolash XXL Mascara is incredible. It’s the perfect balance between dry and wet, and it lengthens my lashes so nicely! I’m so obsessed that I’ve been forcing everyone in the office to try it–I just love hearing their reactions.
One of the girls literally said ‘It makes me look like I have fake lashes on’ and that just sums up my love for this product to a T.
I bought the Skin Juice Dry Travel Pack to try and while I LOVE all of the products included, this little guy was a huge stand out. To be honest I actually had no idea how it was supposed to be used before I decided to slather all over my lips. But what do ya know, they felt super soft and nourished!
Turns out, the Green Juice Recovery Balm can be used to soften and condition anywhere that needs it, and Skin Juice also recommend it be layered on top of their oils to help nourish extra dry skin.
