Range – The selection of products available, and how well they compliment each other.
Postage – Postage costs as well as postage times.
Payment – How easy it is to make payment, payment options and security.
Service – Overall service from the operator. We will be making anonymous enquiries to test your responses.
Packaging – How safely the products are packaged, as well as presentation.
