National Good Hair Day For A Cause
Ry.com.au Australia’s leading online haircare and beauty retailer are getting behind National Good Hair Day by teaming up with the Look Good… Feel Better program. Ry.com.au are donating 10% of all haircare sales over a 48hour period as a way of giving something back to those who truly deserve a pick me up.
The community service program Look Good…Feel Better is “dedicated to teaching cancer patients how to manage the appearance-related side-effects that can be caused by cancer treatment”. Celebrated on the 27th of September 2013 Good Hair Day was introduced to acknowledge that all women deserve the right to feel beautiful everyday. In an effort to make feeling beautiful more attainable for those facing cancer and the effects of treatments the online company feel that it is the perfect program to give back too.
The Look Good Feel Better program funds nearly 1,000 free workshops for cancer patients each year as well as produce free program support material such as videos, patient brochures and self help booklets.

For 48 hours will be donating 10% of their haircare sales made on the 26th and 27th of September and are official Australian stockists of brands including Redken, L’Oreal, KMS, Joico, Pureology and Moroccanoil.
